Statement from Westchester
G.O.P. Chairman Douglas A. Colety
White
Plains, New York (March 10, 2008) - "Revelations today
regarding the issues facing Governor Spitzer are indeed
tragic for his family, and I hope they can begin to heal
and regain their family life despite the difficulty they
face.
It is clear that Governor Spitzer will need to focus on
this matter, which will prevent him from
effectively governing our State.
I urge Governor Spitzer to remove this burden from the
people of New York by resigning immediately."
